Body Kits and Spoilers
The buyer fully understands that all body kits and spoilers are sold "as is" with no warranty. The buyer understands that any modifications or alterations made to their vehicle may affect its ability to meet strict U.S. Federal and State Safety crash guidelines. Speedway Conversions is not responsible or liable for any damages, personal injury, or death incurred upon possible accidents due to incorrect installation, driver error, and bad judgement during the use of any products we sell. Speedway Conversions is not liable for any illegal street use of these body kits and accessories. Check your local and state motor vehicle laws prior to purchase of these products. The buyer understands that Speedway Conversions is not responsible for any damages, personal injury, or death that may occur during the installations of these body kits and associated parts.
The buyer understands that our body kits and accessories are "hand crafted". So, even though the quality of our body kits and accessories are very high, they cannot match the tolerances and finish of the original equipment parts supplied on your car. For this reason, all body kits and accessories will require a certain amount of work to fit and mount to your car. This prep work can include trimming, grinding, filling of gaps, and block sanding prior to painting. We highly recommend that body kits are installed by an experienced, professional auto body technician that has installed body kits before. Check with your local body shops prior to purchasing a kit to better understand all the work and costs associated with the installation and painting of body kits.
All body kits, components and accessories shall be so for the purchaser's personal use only. Per this agreement, the purchaser can not reproduce, copy, or utilize any information gain from Speedway Conversion products. Furthermore, the purchaser can not give any products, re-sell any products, or provide any information gain for any Speedway Conversion products to anyone that may reproduce or copy any Speedway Conversion products. Speedway Conversions will agree to sell our products to the purchase only after they have agreed to these terms and policies. We are not affiliated with NASCAR or any NASCAR team.
Shipping
All body kits and components are carefully inspected and packaged by Speedway Conversions and are in good condition when they leave our facility for shipment. Any and all damages that may occur during shipment must be reported to the shipping carrier. It is recommended that you inspect your parts immediately upon receipt, before the shipper leaves your premises. It is recommended that all parts are shipped fully insured for this matter. All body kits can be shipped with insurance as an option.
